You can stun the boss when it casts Charged Whisker to keep melee in close without paralyzing them.

There are ranged mobs that will agro onto your healer if you’re not careful.

Due to gear changes, most parties ignore the Unnatural ripples and just DPS the boss down, ignoring the adds that spawn.
